THE BILL

BETH had a regular role as PC Kerry Young on THE BILL (2002-2004). The show won BEST SERIAL DRAMA at the NATIONAL TELEVISION AWARDS in 2004.

Kerry became one of the show’s best loved characters and following Beth’s decision to leave the show in 2004 Kerry was given a spectacular exit where she was shot by the Sunhill Sniper, breaking Smithy’s heart.

The popularity of the character led to ITV making an hour-long SPIN OFF show called KERRY”S
STORY. This aired on ITV3 in 2004 following Beth’s final scenes on the show.
